StaffMap Software Inc. offers free technical support to our customers and companies evaluating our products. Our technical support team is committed to providing superior support services. We typically answer inquiries within a few hours, and within two business days at most. Technical support is available for the last two major versions of StaffMap (currently V4 and V5). Our support hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT.
