Software Prerequisites

Required: 

• NET Framework 4.8 

• IIS 10+ with ASP.NET 4.8

Optional:

• SQL Server 2016+ or SQL Server Express — only if using SQL Server backend instead of SQLite

• SMTP relay / SendGrid / Mailgun account — for email notifications

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant — for SSO, AD sync, and Teams presence

• Active Directory domain — for AD sync and Windows Authentication
