Assigning Employees to Security Groups

An employee can be assigned to a security group on the Employee Form. Any user with ‘ManageEmployee’ permissions can assign Security Groups.


  1. As a user with 'ManageEmployee' permissions, either click on an employee panel,

- OR -

Go to the Staff List in the Side Menu and select the employee from the list.

2. Select the Edit button on the Details panel.

3. Use the drop-down menu next to Security Group in the Employee Form to assign a Security Group.

4. Select the Save button on the Employee Form.
