Administrators can create projects from the 'Manage Projects' form. A StaffMap project is where all floorplans, desks, employees, and other information is contained. Creating a project will create a file folder for this information in your StaffMap file directory (e.g. 'C:\Program Files (x86)\StaffMap5\Project Name\').
Run StaffMap to display the 'Manage Projects' form.
2. Select the 'Add Project' button.
3. Enter a project name and admin password (at least 8 characters) and select the 'Add' button.
4. Save the Admin Backup Codes and continue to open the project. Backup codes should be stored in a safe location and can be used to access the admin account if the password is forgotten.
5. The project will be opened when it is finished being added to StaffMap.
6. To login as the project administrator, click the Login button at the top right. Enter 'admin' as the username.
7. You can open your project from the 'Manage Projects' form by clicking its name in the project list.
